unable to authenticate : coulden't even attempt account server connection?

So i got disconnected durring a bos fight and after that i was unable to log back in.
Then i got this message trying to log back in. Anybody know what this means ore what actions i should take to fix this?

    I have tbh '-.- modem and all, it worked 35 min later sort of weird getting disconnected from server then that error.
    And while i couldent connect i was stil able to come to the forums... wel nvm fixed for now hope it wont happen again '-.-
