[POWER] Duelist Flurry not working with 2 TR's on same target.

When there are two trickster rogues using duelist flurry on the same target, only one of the rogues actually gets the bleed tick dmg where as the other doesn't. I've confirmed this several times.

    me too, but you already postet it 1 month ago and no patch...
