the quests "Brain Damage" & "a dish best served cold"

I were doing these quests when i got into a dungeon and then got teleported back to the city. Now i cant get back to the quest area.

    Abandon and restart the quest, if it does it again, it maybe a bug with the quest that needs fixing. As your already out of the instance it will have reset it anyway.

    I tried abandoning the quests but i cant find them anywhere in whispering caverns again. I also recall going through 2 or maybe 3 instances to get to the stage where i needed to collect brains and destroy canisters or something like that.
