Anvil of Doom 2 minute cooldown last night on my GF

Last night while I was in PvP playing my GF I used my Anvil of Doom ability which is supposed to have a 16 second cooldown and it showed up as a 2 minute cooldown instead. Thinking that it may have been some UI bug I tried to use the ability numerous times but it would not function.

Once the 2 minute cooldown was complete the ability went back to a normal 16 second cooldown. Very odd...

30 Encounter Anvil of Doom 3'cylinder 16 sec.
Your weapon collides with your enemy's skull, dealing double damage if your target had 25% or less health.

    That can happen with anyone. Somehow, some class or some bugged set bonus, is making people's abilities get a 2 minute cd. This happened to me on a CW and to a friend who is a Cleric.

    I've read on the forums about other people having that issue too. Always seem to be the case in pvp. Considering there's hardly any 4set piece that isn't bugged, I'm guessing it's a bugged set.

    My GF is only level 52 and doesn't have any set gear only greens and blues... /shrug

    This happens when you fight someone in pvp that is using a combination of a certain weapon and armor enchantments. The combination of the 2, bugs out their abilities, and when they hit you, you get a 2 mins cd. Luckily not a whole lot of people know which ones are bugged.

    Just happened on my cleric twice in a row while running around in a pwe map 2 min cooldown on everithing...
