Quest Flag problem

I got 3/3 at Daily Skirmish quest but still cannot report to Rhix. not delete that ... yet. so anyone can help?

    having the same issue, I completed the daily, but it won't let me turn it in. Even tried talking directly to Rhix. Also, tried relogging.

    got another flag quest bug:
    Daily Dungeon Temple of spider cant finish it, complete the dungeon 2x but still no sign of reporting to Rhix

    If you outlevel the skirmish before you turn it in, you're out of luck. You can tell if you've outleveled it by seeing if it's still available for you to queue.
