Gateway Problem

just straight to the point, I found 2 gateway problems:
1. the AD reward cannot be attained through gateway. I run 3 task "Protect the Caravan" on Leadership, when its done I check the AD point at the bottom left of the gateway, no additional AD found. then, I check my bag for Rough AD but there is also no AD found.
2. the gateway profession somehow cannot be scrolled. I cannot get the low level task in Profession with gateway because no scrollbar in the profession menu.

Two bugs I have encountered however:
1)Often when i try logging in it says i have entered an invalid password even though i havent
2) when i choose a character click on one of the functions it goes back to the character selection screen. if i then click on a character it says that character doesnt exist.
it used to be a pair of arrows you clicked to go to the next page, but it seems to have moved to a scrolling system now, except without a scroll bar, so its useless.
As for the:

I keep having to refresh the page to get all the listings for the "page" of tasks to choose from. Also when I do the refresh it doesn't always work either. I have to do it a couple times on rare occasions. It doesn't do it all the time though.
Maybe that's the problem some others are having?

As for the scrolling, it happens in all browsers. I've tried it in IE, Chrome, and Firefox and they all screw up.
Currently, what's screwed up is that only Leadership shows up at all whenever I try to use a profession. Not a single other one does.
As for the unscrollable issue - if the arrows do not appear, I zoom in/out until they show. Sometimes this works.
It also helps with the problem of unreadable text (eg "duration" overlapping with the time of the task).
I have a javascript shortcut on my bookmarks bar to fix it. Very annoying that I had to waste 10 minutes to figure it out.
And yes. We don't get rough AD in gateway
nope, like I said, I check on the bottom left corner on gateway, no additional AD. checked on the game, no additional AD too, no rough AD too.
If you know what task you want to do you can find it easily with the search bar.
Also you can bypass loading leadership every time if you click on the crafting category tab instead of the choose task button.
Only use ingame crafting for starting ad gathering tasks.
I'm getting that, too, off and on. Now I'm getting a NEW problem! "Disconnected from Gateway Server. Account Ticket Timed Out". I'm getting this whenever I try to log in. Maybe they are just swamped??
Its a sneaky system, but seems to work. Via the gateway, Rough AD does accumulate when its supposed to. It auto refines as soon as you login normally into the game and there is no message. So once you are in your AD will be higher and you Rough AD will be 0. If you dont login to the game you wont see a change in your normal AD amount in the gateway.
I also get the no arrows on professions. My workaround is to change the profession until the arrows appear.
I can no longer assign assets to a task.
I've tried assigning guards to Leadership, prospectors to Mailsmithing and Master leatherworker to leather working and none of them will attach to a task when I've selected them.
anyone else encounter this problem? this is through Gateway, not in-game.
Up until today Gateway's worked totally fine for me, other than the arrow/scroll issue.
