First of all, sorry for my poor english.
I have sent in game mail to myself for exchange items. The full pvp set for my toon.
The mail disappear and items seems to be lost.
The icon mail is active, just like when you receive mail, but if i open the box there is nothing.
Any advice?I have do 2 tycket, but costumere support in this game is HAMSTER.
Same thing is happening to my friend and I.

I've been having problems with in-game mail for about a week now.
I've been using mail to consolidate all of the various bounty items that I've obtained while leveling a couple of my characters, as well as mailing class specific items to myself so that they're available to other characters that I play. This was working fine about 10 days ago. Lately, however, when I try to send mail to myself, I see the "Message Sent!" appear at the bottom of the mail window, but the mail never gets sent. I can't mail items to myself using the postal courier. I can't even send text-only mail to myself, using either the postal courier or the mail button at the top of the screen.
I can mail text messages and items to an alternate account, but if I log on to that account, I can *not* mail items back to my primary account. My alternate account can't even send replies to my primary account's test mails that I sent.
It seems that lately, quite a few people are having issues with mail not working properly or at all, especially mail that they try to attach items to.
What's going on, here?

^ exactly what he said... same problem, it even extends to being unable at times to place stuff in the guild bank, thus prevent that from being used to swap gear.
Seriously, guys, can we get some kind of official response about the broken mail system?

I've been having the same problem and I've sent several messages to "support" but have not gotten a response.

Same issue here and no response, it is frustrating, as I would like to delete a character. Frankly I'm not enjoying it... but I will not delete the items held as that would be plain foolish. So how about a fix? PWE, Cryptic? anyone, Ao if you haven't been stab by Cyric yet.
It would appear that there is currently a limit on how many mails I can have in my mailbox with items attached.
After removing some items from two different mails, I was able to send two more mails with items attached, but the third mail ended up doing the same thing: "Message Sent!" without sending the message or the items.
Are we not meant to leave items in the mail until we can use them or find a place for them?

I have sent numerous items between characters, including rare purples, and nothing has been delivered. I hope it is not all lost.

Sorry i hope you didnt spend money. These items are lost. I had same issue - game doesnt work very well.

They have no answer for us. I bought a Phoera at the AH and lost my Companion. I thought it was bound automaticaly but it is not the case it did all sort of tests like sorting my inventory multiple times and can't find it anywhere.
I opened a case and the only answer I received is open a bug report and we are sorry you lost your item but we can't do **** for you even if you paid 180000AD for it. They also told me that they can't track your Items... They can track gold sellers but not our stuff... Yeah, right....

This is a really good way of stealing people's money. Make a bug pretend it is a bug but all the items we buy from the AH are real money and all of a sudden they disappear from our boxes...
That is a real scamming.

i doubled check my mail and my inventory. I can't find it anywhere.I have one in the bank that I received from a box and that is all. I even clicked on sort multiple times and moved my items around in my bags.
I have looked under the idle companions tab and same result. I haven't sent it to my other chars.
