Ultimate Game card + Bonus Zen + Support Ticket

I did not get Bonus Zen when I purchased my Ultimate Game cards, I purchased one for 30$ and was able to redeem through the zen purchaser one 20$ and one 5$ card worth.

Cannot open a support ticket as it redirects in a way that will never complete. I would love to open a ticket, if I were to attempt to open a ticket in game every single one of the tickets I have opened has been closed due to 'getting lost in the system'.

So please Perfect World Entertainment, tell me how I can obtain some type of recourse for this situation, can this be forwarded for me? Can you look under my account on the forums and go from there to resolve this?

The methods I have available to me do not work, and it is not my fault that they do not work.

Please Advise.

In case it was not clear I have already used these cards and did not receive the bonus zen as was stated I would. I used it during the correct date and waited until after the promotion was available.

If you have had this issue then please feel free to post here. Or if you have a way to get in contact with PWE or Cryptic then please by all means post here.

I may have been a little hot headed with my replies in my previous topic but really for a community moderator closing a topic because you're asking people to keep garbage out of it? That's absurd.

I have also contacted perfect world customer service at the email provided in the tech support forums and would suggest that you do the same if you are having this issue, as to whether this will provide some type of recourse or not is yet to be seen.

    I have held off buying just because of reading about this issue as well. I would like to know if this gets resolved.

    I bought a $20 card and it did not give me the extra 300zen but they credited it to my account today I made a ticket though immediately.


    Also to note... $20 + $5 is not $30...

    You can buy the Cards now but wait till everything is fixed. I did get a response to my Ticket that i opened at 3pm june 1st.

    I'm not sure what causes the customer support problem but you can try to submit a ticket in game. This is what I did when the support page was doing infinite redirects.
    Open the Launcher. Click Options near the top. Check Disable on-demand patching. This will download another couple of gigs.

    Ability Scores || All Attribute Roll Combinations || My Cleric Stream \o/

    Yea, but if you buy a 30$ ultimate game card and try to redeem it for 30$ it comes up short for the zen redeeming so you have to redeem a 20$ and a 5$ and then lose some in the mix.

    I have the same issue. Spent $50 only got 5300, I put in a ticket June 1 and still have not heard anything back. I did the ticket through the support website. Kind of nervous that it will go unanswered since I keep reading about horror stories. I think I will put one in game when I get home from work.

    You must be in Canada when you redeem your Ultimate Game Card you have to switch the country inside the window that you enter the key Top Right click the name of the country your in and switch to to United States. that fixed it for me I tried to do a $20 card and it wanted $21.75 and I was like WTF IS THIS BS... then I made a ticket and everything... and then I tried changing the country from Canada to United States and it removed the extra $1.75 and took the code for the full $20.

    Unfortunately my country was correct when I attempted to make the purchase, however it appears that PWE has put through my bonus Zen. Submitting my email to their support paid off.

    well when I switched from Canada to United States (I live in canada) it removed the extra owed you don't need to put the country you live in when you redeem your card you should put USA even if you don't live there that way when you redeem a $30 card you get all $30 of it not $25 of it.
