Our guild leader hasn't been able to log in since the login hang fix patch.

Here is the issue. Anyone know of a solution?
I load the launcher then put in password, goes to the black screen with the red "Neverwinter" hangs up there, nothing to screen capture its just this screen, no error code, and then after it hangs here a bit my computer pops up a The program is not responding pop up.
Nothing has worked, I have tried to launch it only with no other programs running, I have tried the safe mode and I have not updated my video drivers. I can play every other game just fine.
Played Xcom last night and Rift on Thursday night, I have not found any issues at all with my computer everything except NWO is working, I have deleted Neverwinter from the computer and reloaded it on my computer and this has not fixed it. I am 3 days in on the ticket and still waiting.
