The Clockwork Tomb - interface not allowing progress through to end

so my husband and I have now attempted Clockwork Tomb 3 times, with the same result. we get to this screen: 
and it won't let us get any further. no clicking on or pressing 1 will work. we have aborted and tried again. we have /stuck and /killme - no result. we have reported bugs and asked for GM help and have not received any reply. We really would like to be able to complete this request to get the experience and the prize - the Adventurers Pack, but obviously there is a glitch making it impossible to do so. Hopefully posting this here we will get some assistance? Thanks!

Got it figured out after a few hours of frustration - my husband kicked himself from the party, went out, I was then able to go through to unlock the magically sealed door, then added him back and finished it. Bit of a pain in the <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> though - bug should still be fixed.
