[Bug] Quest: History Lessons (Turn in)

After completing the quest chain and collected the reward, I decided to use a teleport scroll to return to Tristopher Chettlebell as quick as possible.
The shiny path leads to him, but he doesn't have a "?" and doesn't interact with "F" (neither does any of the NPCs around him)
I exited the game, relogged, but having the same issue. I'm still unable to turn in the quest.
Has anyone else experienced this?

NVM.. Found the NPC in that camp in Neverdeath -.-
