Green Armors and Weapons increases the quality by 16%
What does Quality mean for Leadership?

    For the time being at least, it means nothing for leadership.

    It has no effect, which means every time you see someone selling a green leadership weapon for several times the price of the white ones they are doing that to take advantage of suckers.

    It would be cool if they changed it so the quality actually did something, like increase the amount of XP/AD you earn off tasks based on the quality level.
