So after now going on day 17 since my account was stolen and having done the proper thing and sent ticket in within 5 mins of noticing since I was actually playing while it happened so far I got back the autoreply within about an hour and nothing what so ever since. Ive sent follow up emails...replied using ticket number to see if any progress...NOTHING !!! I spent 400 bucks the very week of my account being stolen..and thousands with PwI over the years and they seem to have absolutely no customer service what so ever interest in returning a PAYING customers account to its rightful owner...other games have had similar issues of course and the one time I had my account hacked in another game that shall remain nameless within 5 hours they asked for proof it was mine..within 30 more mins returned my account...within 5 more mins had me log in with a GM standing there waiting on me...checked my inventory and promptly returned every item, ever piece of deleted armor and inventory and everything lost on the auctionhouse....of course...it wasnt PWI...
So are we EVER going to see customer service or is this companies policy oh well you lost hundreds if not thousands and thank you for that but move on cause we dont plan on letting you play our games ever again..??? Seriously...17 days when all you have to do is check the email connected to my original account...prove its mine..and give em my stuff back...now my only recourse is have paypal reverse all charges within the past 30 days and leave a game I actually enjoyed....crying shame...so has ANYONE gotten their hacked accounts back yet from that day when so many happened at once or are they just writing us off as lost customers forever?????
