Pants stuck in mail

So I was playing and the mail icon kept glowing like I had new mail, and my mail box is empty. So I though I would buy something to see if it would go away. I then go to pick up the pants I bought... and they are a upgrade I do want them, and I can't get them I click on take item and nothing happens and my pants are still in the mail.In addition the mail icon still says I have new mail.

    i send 2 companions , 2 t2 gears with enhant on it , 3 lvl 5 pet runestones and some gear , AND NOTHING ARRIVED plz help

    seems to be a constant bug - ive had stuff vanishing as well - mail is useless - and they want us to spend real money?
