Foundry pack on new characters

Hello! I couldn't find an FAQ or post about this yet. So I thought I would ask here.

Bought the Founders pack a week ago. It came on both of my characters at the time (CW and DC) But creating a new character it has not showed up yet. (level 4 GF) Do I have to wait until a certain level or should it come automatically as I am worried. Thank you for you input.

    Check the foundry pack vendor, your stuff should be there.

    Thank you Czar. I Didn't know there was a founders agent :/ got it set up
