Depends on you. The cat transfers all of it's stats to you along with the stats of any gear worn by it. So is that worth 980K?

Tempted to start saving up for one on my DC, I am SO glad I got it for my CW atleast.

IMO for a CW its almost a MUST have, its just that good.

Took me nearly a month of Skirmish/DD, leadership, and Zen/AD conversion to get enough but I think it was worth it.

I went with the Allure stone. The 2 are pretty close when maxed out and I got the stone for about 750k in the AH.
    Cuz you sebestimated me!

For group PvE, the Cat or the Stone of Allure are by far the best companions since you can perfectly customize the stats you get from them. If you mostly do Foundry at 60, or other solo stuff. I prefer Galeb (the tank companion). But for groups, hands down the Cat (or the Stone).
