Can you use non-combat pets in PvP?

Title - basically can you use cats/ioun stones in PvP? I know you can't use the normal fighter pets, but didn't know if non-combat ones were allowed.

    No. Neither the cat nor the pet rock affect your PvP stats.

    I wish they could just be there without giving stats or doing anything. PVP would be such a relaxing way to level the little <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.
    Use the <removed exploit lead-in> to interact with the auction vendor.
