Tricorn Captain Hat Not in Founder's Agent Store Anymore

My Tricorn Captain's Hat was in the PROMO Section of the Founder's Agent's Store after the Caturday Event. Today, when I went to check out the PROMO Section of the Founders Agent's Store, the hat was no longer in the PROMO Section to be claimed. I did not claim the hat yet. Any idea what happened? Is this considered a bug or I need to submit a ticket for something like this? :(
