Can't interact with quest objects + can't take screenshot

I'm in The Chasm, doing the quest "Crystal Clarity" in The Crystal Caves. Both crystals I've found, have sparks flowing around, but I can't do anything. The "Click F to interact with object" or whatever doesn't show up. I've done the enemies protecting it 6 times already, gone back and forth, relogged, nothing works. it's happened before that I had to do one specific angle to do something, but it always worked in the end.

I also can't take screenshots properly. I've tried both commands and the hotkey, none of them work directly (the game space is just black, while my other screen it copied perfectly), nor are the images saved in the folder. Here's how the screenshots turn out now:
