I've been reading up and studying a lot of the different threads on theorycrafting and the like, but wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding T2 sets. I'm just above 10k gearscore, got a few T1 drops and some things off the ah, and have just started running T2's while getting the hang of things. Thankfully, the groups I've been with have been pretty lenient in giving me tips and strategy. It's rough at times, learning the ropes, lots of repair kits, but feel I'm slowly getting better.
In any case, the question is, is going with Miracle Healer's four piece even with it's single person heal atm still BIS? Or going with it in the hopes that it'll be fixed one day, or even with heavy DR on the stats is 2pc + 2pc say Grand Templar and Beacon better?
Also, the main question and thing I'm trying to decide, is that I've been scrimping and saving, and came into some astrals, and have enough to buy 2pc + 2pc, or the Ion Stone, and can't figure out which is the better investment. I'm leaning Ion Stone, though I know it doesn't improve GS and everything else since more AD's can be made and armor can (theoretically if lucky) drop, but was just curious what some of you experienced Clerics out there thought on which is the better purchase right off the top.
TL : DR, trying to get a consensus on the better investment in the beginning. The Ion Stone and working on gear drops, or purchasing T2 gears off the AH and getting the stone later.
Thanks in Advance.

With the current bug on 4p miracle healer, it's better to go 2p+2p, unless you're really hurting on survivability. As far as stone, since you're already at 10k gs, ioun stone would give you the most benefit and you should work on it first. You never know you might get lucky on drops/DD chest. And to get your 4p t2 set you should work on the hardest/most expensive piece like helm first, since other pieces are cheap and you could get it relatively quickly if you have leftover AD.
That's true and good points on all of it. Been thinking about it all morning, bout to go and buy my stone so I can work on getting it leveled. The gear will come and/or I'll trade/buy it over time as things go on. I'm not really really hurting on survivability so thinking I might look 2p 2p or whatever comes my way while I'm bangin out T2 runs. Thank you for the advice and the tips.
