Master Assassin 4pc gives 4050 power, not 1350.

Do you have a screenshot of it ? If it realy gives 4050 power i might consider on getting the set.

That's strange, because I just checked after your comment thinking maybe the patch changed it. Nope. Still 4050 power. The buff under the character portrait even stacks to 3.

I tested it with Lurker's Assault.

So i did a little bit of testing.
The set gives a 1350,33.. Power Buff but it can stack 3 times so you get 4051 power.

It stacks 3 times with:

Lurcker's Assault (but with a delay per stack felt ~1 sec , so you have 2 extra sec of power)
Whirlwind of Blades gives you the 3 stacks instant.
Bloodbath stacks like Lurcker's Assault (don't know if its per hit or over time).

Only 1 Stack:

Shocking Execution.
Courage Breaker.

Maybe somebody can do the math and look if the set is worth it.

Looks like a tooltip error to me. Stacking 3 times like that is pretty specific and looks intentional. That much bonus power may actually put it somewhere near on par with the other sets for single target damage. 4000 power is worth about 12% dps bonus on our bleed.

I tested it too.Seems like the 3xtime stacking is intentional.It does that set the best for pvp and right behind swash in pve.

If scoundrel becomes the go-to spec after the patch, it may become BiS, since with action rush, there will be higher LA up-time/frequency.

Me too...But without coffee..What i want to say is with the upcoming patch power gonna scale better and master assassin gives power so that makes the set more powerfull after the patch

Yup, they patched it with the tooltip and stacking issue. Tooltip states gives 1350 power for 6 seconds when using a daily. It doesn't stack to 3x with LA anymore.

Just 1350 power no matter what daily you use.

I tried it too.Even though they nerfed the dmg "bug" , with the new Power stat buff it does a lot more dmg than before.Actually all encounters i use got buffed.I noticed 1000dmg + output in every impact shot,1000+ to lashing blade and my sly flourish melt everything down.Thats a huge change to rogue you can value power a lot more now making other sets than battefield preferable for pvp.Im w8ing for the free token so i can try scoundrel.

Later tonight, I'm going to run ACT to see if power got buffed to a point that it can come close to armor penetration damage wise.

Look how fast they were to fix this 4 set bug. When it's a Rogue's 4 set being bugged and giving us a slight advantage, they fix it immediately. Meanwhile, CWs has had Shadow Weaver's insanely OP and broken 4 set bonus for weeks. GFs also have several broken 4 sets that allows them to become a tank DPS.

Pift fail.
We already can hit 40k+ lashing blades easily.
My lashing occasionally hits for 90k+ but generally ~55k & that's without several of the crit severity feats.(Using an experimental feat build at the moment)

are you talking bout pvp?You included greater vorpal in the dmg i think and first strike passive?and whats the poinr of doing 90k LBs?

My highest LB crit in pvp was 38k using LA without having vorpal or first strike. First strike + vorpal is the go to gank build if you want to do LB from stealth. It can crit 20k+ if geared right without using a daily.
