4pc archmage set doesnt work

Or if it does I havent been able to figure out what spells they classify as control powers. Its certainly not the ones you would expect :/

    Steal time at least lowers cooldowns of many encounters by 3-5sec. Not sure of the rest spells..

    EDIT: Works on few other things as well.
    - Shagath, VoTF
    Previous guilds: Double Deviants, Orum, Sandwitches, Dragon Order of Arcanix and many many more.
    Hope I find some old friends!
