T2 Dungeon Set Gear?

I notice gear like Berserkers, Bladestorm and such for GWF which has set bonus or Beacon of Faith, Miracle Healer for DC. Does this gear just have a setup low drop rate? Does it drop more during Dungeon Delves or in Castle Never?

    If you click on a dungeon from the que menu it tells you what set pieces and gear drops in it. So you could technically only que for dungeons that drop set pieces.
