Instance queues broken/AH

Last night I joined a queue for the spider temple, after i got in and we started down the instance path, one of our group members disconnected, and went offline, the game then dropped him from group. Why can i not re-que the party as the leader of the group to get another member? Why can i also not invite my own guildies (lvl 54 instance) lvl 57 guildy could not join. If these issues do not get addressed soon even if the game is a (half-hearted Beta) this game will die slowly. The AH is still bugged you can not do a min-max level item search still. I see all these path notes, and none of them are correcting any changes that are severely needed. This game has promise, I am just not sure how efficiently it is being ran.

    Don't worry mate, it's Open Beta.
    Just wait for the patch/release/etc
