[dailies] No quest credit

over the last few days I've yet to get any credit for random daily quests, and some times it just doesn't allow me to turn it in even though it has 3 of 3 (or what ever the magic number is). I've lost 10s of thousands of AD and the tickets I sent in via email have yet to be answered and it's almost been a week since I sent'em in.

Today I did the spider dungeon and got no credit for it, please some one help, am I doing something wrong? or what?

    bumpage cause this is a big issue, especially with double astral diamonds next week

    It has happened to me as well, foundries/skrimishes seem to be the worst. I didn't submit a ticket though since they seem to go unanswered regardless..

    I have had 2 tickets answered. The answer was to check here and find people having the same problem.
    Found.
    Guess I will submit another ticket stating I found the people.
    What is the quest reward for this?
