Heavy Worg mount IS TOO SMALL if you have a dwarf...

Hello I recently bought the heavy worg mount cause I saw it big enough and very aggressive but it turned out that it was a failure... I have a dwarf and the mount is HALF the size of the size demonstrated in the protector's enclave (behind the mount ventor). The main reason that i bought it was its size and look but it turned out to be FAR MORE SMALL THAN ANYONE CAN THINK.
And before someone post that its because I have a dwarf, I KNOW that the dwarf mounts are like 5-10% smaller NOT 50%.
I was trying to make a ticket for refund or something but THE SUPPORT SITE OF PERFECT WORLD DOESN'T WORK for so long now.

Please fix the size of the mount or give me a way to refund my zen... Its rediculous....

    hahahahahaha ^^ sry so funny.. Normally all mount fits ur char'size, like in wow.. I'dont think you can get a refound for it im not ssure :l

    Well then they should have include an information on the item. I didnt expect it to be THAT smaller. 50% of the size demonstrated... fail

    I agree with the above statement, i too have noticed the fact the worg mount is MUCH smaller than the mount vendor in protector's enclave would suggest which i find is, firstly a great shame, and secondly the fact this is a 3000-4000 Z mount depending on either the heavy or regular mount, is something that should be rectified.

    I'm sure it is an easy fix so please can it be put into a patch.

    If they show a mount that is bigger than the one you receive isn't that false advertising? If I paid ten bucks for a 3/4 pound monster burger and they brought me a 1/3 pound bargain burger I'll demand a refund or a bigger burger. JS.
