[Foundry Bug] Encounters Disappeared

Created a quest (NW-DG3HR33SM) and published it a week or so ago. Been tweaking it based off reviews and player comments. Had a good copy (or so I thought) saved off and went in to test it out. Half of the encounters are gone/missing and some of the lighting has changed. Everything is still visible from the foundry map, but they are not present when you actually enter the quest. Somehow, this made its way onto my published quest. I had not published it yet after the changes I made. I wait until I run it and am happy with it before I publish. However, when I ran it in the real game (not from within foundry) the same thing was happening there. So, I had to withdraw the quest and hope that there is a fix for this.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
