GF: Does Recovery Stat Effect Guard Meter?

For the Guardian Fighter does the recovery stat effect the rate in which the guard meter automatically replenishes? I thought it did but now I'm not sure.

    No, it's a unrelated stat.

    Recovery stat affects: recharge speed of Q, E, R buttons (Encounter), and action point of 1, 2 (Daily) buttons.
    Enforced Threat and Iron Warrior are Encounter skills that recover shield % so if you use these skills I guess you can say it does help you recover shield faster.
