So I recently had an issue with lost items after the mail bug patches, received mail with no items etc etc
After the patch still no items... Right okay, obvious thing to do, contact the game devs through the ticket system in game.
A free to play popular game, you have to accept it is going to take time to get a response. It can't be helped. It took two weeks to get a response to my lost items, that's pretty bad but that's not what I'm mad about.
My response was:

Have you visited the Postal Courier to claim your items? Remember, you cannot take your items from the In-game mail system on the top of your screen.
If you delete those mails via the mail system on the top of your screen, all items will disappear permanently."
Right okay so items I bought for AD. That I mainly got from lock boxes opened with Zen, and I'm told to check my mail or that I deleted it and its gone forever. Brilliant, I waited two weeks to be told this useless piece of patronising copy and paste message. The thing is with customer support like this I don't think I want to continue playing, I've actually stopped and only logged on every now and then to check the status of ticket (as I suffer the redirect loop bug as many other people on the online version) . I don't really see the point of investing time into a game that you get such poor quality of service. I don't know if anyone had any similar issues?
