Hey guys, I've been trying to get in contact with you for awhile.

My second day playing I lost items due to some glitches in the games programming. I sent in a ticket, which was closed... 13 days later.
I sent in a second ticket around 5 days after the first about losing some more items in a similar manner, which was closed the same day as my first ticket.
8 Days ago I sent in a ticket requesting a refund, because at that point I was not very happy about spending money on items that go missing. I tried calling your number (888-344-4478) a few times a day throughout the last week, each time being put on hold until an automated message said thanks for calling and hung up on me.
Today my ticket was closed, once again unresolved.
I don't really see much point in sending another ticket. I don't want to do a chargeback either, if possible, since I kinda like the game and would probably spend some more money on it once stuff was fixed.

So, could one of you nice fellows with PWE possibly have someone look at my ticket? At the very least, it would be nice of you to say, "No, we won't give you a refund," so I can at least tell my bank I made legitimate contact with you guys before doing the chargeback.

They won't give you a refund, take our word for it, or keep trying for another 3+ weeks. Up to you.

It is a distressing habbit that PW has...and it cannot be just shrugged off as people who want to make waves...the loss or summary closing of tickets that h ave not been addressed is a well documented practice of this outfit.
If your hand touches metal, I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you.

If you have made 3 attempts to contact them as you say and these tickets have been closed, simply print and record these tickets highlighting the dates and times. At that point your liability of fraud on a chargeback is gone. You attempted with proper effort to contact the company to resolve the issue. If the items you purchased are not available to you (here is the key do you have what you paid for?) then your chargeback is legitimate and they can not win if they come after you. However you will lose your account so be sure it is worth it to you.

Well like I said, I don't see a point in sending another ticket, I just want to be thorough in my attempts to get the refund before doing the chargeback.

This is the only game I have played with this account, so not really a big deal if I lost it.

Actually.....seeing as how you're posting in all these threads that have complaints about the game...I'll go ahead and correct you JUST THIS ONCE.

"It's CRYPTIC, it is well known that in CRYPTIC, there is a lack of customer support as the game is live, but they don't want to own up for bad management."

    There.
