Gateway and professions

I usually access gateway on my mobile phone (in the future on tablet) but disconnects me very easily. It's an Android based phone.

On that note, are we going to see any App for phones/tablets anytime soon for this?

    I've only noticed disconnects when I'm either in a weak cell reception area or changing between different wireless networks. Might wanna check if either applies to your phone. The gateway is just a web url, so I don't see why it would need a app itself. I just added it to my favorites and placed a short-cut on my desktop...

    Yeah, it's got a great interface as it is so I don't see a need for an app. I'd rather have them focus on the game right now.

    why is the gateway broken? No scrolling shows up on the professions tab when choosing a new task.

    Reload the page. Sometimes the interface gets screwed up and a reload usually fixes it.

    Gateway is terrible on my Note 2. Back space from AH takes you back to main selection screen. Same with mail. Professions take forever to register a tap on task I want to do. Disconnects all to easily. Could be alot better but I agree with above poster though, more important things to look into before the gateway. Ill survive, lol.

    I'm having this issue, Can't scroll through the mission options.

    I have the same problem as others on mobile versions (hard to select assets, kicking out, etc.) but the website works really well. The problem of the scroll arrows not appearing can usually be fixed by switching to a different profession (or to overview) a few times. It's been happening for a week or two now.

    It has a terrible mobile interface. And the people programming this would not be the same people working on the game itself, so it wouldn't affect fixes to the actual game.

    Try going to another profession and then back to yours. It can take several tries (sometimes 10 or more) and going through all of the other professions a few times each, but eventually yours should work. It ain't the best situation ever, but it works eventually and takes WAY less time than refreshes.

    Use the gateway on my android and think the interface is pretty good. Simple, to the point. Took a little practice using the touch screen(to not accidentally select something on the screen after what I was trying to select)but have had nothing but smooth sailing after that.

    I do disconnect if I hit the "back" command on my browser, as opposed to the "back" in the actual interface but other than that I rarely get knocked off.

    Haven't messed with the gateway AH, ingame either for that matter so can't comment on that.

    Think its a great feature overall.

    Doesn't work :/ sometimes spamming F5 works, but as soon as I choose a mission when it refreshes goes back to broken status.

    I noticed that the Gateway doesn't give me my items like diamonds/etc from crafting. Using an iPod iOS5 or iOS6 is what it's running I don't recall exactly. However the Gateway via my computer works just fine.
