Founder Pack Bug

Hi,

I bought a founder pack yesterday and it is causing me some major problems.
I have 3 characters. My main is a devoted cleric and 2 other low levels, control wizard and trickster rogue.
Right after i bought the pack, i logged into my DC. Then i retrieved the 600000 AD. Then i waited for 5 mins so that my itens could arive via mail. It never showed.
So i checked my low level character and i got the mail with mount, companion and other stuff in both characters. However, after 24h i still did not receive my itens on my DC, wich is my main character!!! And i am still waiting!!!
Since this is something i bought with "cash", real money, i would like to receive what i bought!
I would apreciate a quick answear from some staff members. I really want a fast solution!

    you are properly better off trying the Costumer Support, they can help you more then the forum can ;)

    I am trying the costumer support. I bet they are really slow right now. I already sent one ingame tickets yesterday and today. And a few minutes after i posted this, i sent an email to the costumer support...

    I hardly doubted it, but someone had the same problem as me or am I so unique and unlucky?

    Have you tried going to the founder merchant? He is straight across from Sgt Knox. There you can reclaim all of your founder purchases in case for example you deleted something by accident. Also you can "Purchase" your founder pack gift box (it doesn't actually cost anything).

    So I had the same issue but had remembered there was a founder vendor so I ran over there and collected my items. About 10 minutes later I got the mail and went and got the treasure chest. What I notice is on that character I now have have 2 Greycloak insignias. One that I "claimed" or bought from the vendor and another that came in the Greycloak weapon I got in the mail.

    I'm pretty certain I shouldn't have two.

    You are luckier than I am. I paid for the founder pack 9 days ago and still no mail or items at the founder vendor. I have called customer support over a dozen times, but they never answer. I have put in 4 tickets now with no reply, other than "we are really busy, please submit another ticket as this one has been closed". If this is their idea of customer support, then this company needs some serious help.

    still cant claim anything either, been a few days. Really upset about this cause its paid for. Bump please
