End Dungeon loot boxes not accessible...

Hi there! I have searched all over and have not found anything on this so...

We have done the first 2 dungeons (Cloak tower and Crypts) about 10 times (5 each) and EVERY time we do not get the end chest reward...

We found out in the first dungeon you need to pick up objects all over the dungeon and we located them all, however still no chest... next we thought if someone died you don't get the chest... then we finally just gave up and said its just a bug... what is it?! Its making our group kind of nuts.

Thanks in advance for any tips or advice we can have to enjoy this game to its fullest!

    The big gold chests at the end of each dungeon are only available if you have a quest for that dungeon, or the dungeon delves event is currently running, I believe. I think the blue (daily) quest for diamonds also counts to let you open the box, but anyway the first run at each place should have led you to it before you left, provided you had a quest on to run it.

    we have had the quests... does everyone have to have it?

    Don't think so. I don't know why it wouldn't have directed you to open the box after killing the final bosses, but it could just be another bug, there's loads of them still :(
    Maybe it's ONLY during a dungeon delve event, since the description says there's an extra chest to loot.

    In Cloak Tower, you have to do more than just collect the six items, you have to put them on the pedestals at the end to get the chests to appear...

    The big golden boxes are only available during the dungeon delver event, and you only get it if you enter a dungeon during that period. Outside of that they are not accessible.

    the big chest at the end is lootable only during dungeon delve, and if you get in a group with 16 seconds left it still counts :P as i noticed just now hehe. all four items in the cloak tower probably unlocks something i just dont know what yet since i cant find the last one.

    ive got a spyglass icon and now my character can't loot any treasure chests, anyone know how to fix this?
