the support is desparatly bad...

I had troubles with my hotmail account and ofc then the game asked me to verify my email again and i wasnt able to open it...after i tried doing it on website it said i cannot i have to contact support and since then i have been waiting 1 week already only for email change and stil nothing...really lame :/

    Absolute TERRIBLE, I have recieved a wrongful banishment and have still not heard a word from any cryptic employee or getting an email stating my ban. What a joke of a game, I seriously can't believe a company this poorly organized is allowed to accept our money for such a piece of sh.it service/customer service. Your VALUED customers are feeling like you don't even care, how about some of you go answer some tech emails cause seriously 48 more hours and I'm charging back every penny, I don't give a fu.ck I'd rather my money goes toward a game that actually tries to please their consumers and doesn't punish people for playing the game regularly. Banned for nothing, fix this you bunch of <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.

    As much as I like the game, there is no justification for the poor support.

    Still no email for the banishment nor anyone even replying to my emails, seriously I think they want us to just chargeback our money for their fail game.

    Then just do that if you really feel entitled to do so. No one is really stopping you. What is your problem again? Oh right, rage rage rage and having no patience at all.
    People get banned for a reason.
