stil getting syste mcrashes due to memory leaks

when i played today at some point i'm still getting e_outofmemory crash error.

i'm running a winxp 32 bit os and all drivers are updated.
graphic card is ati radeon hd 4800 series

    Radeon ATI 4800 series here too.

    Play the game with all grafics at lowest possible. (Its horrible, digusting and revolting). Still have crashing less often.
