Error 36

Been having an error while trying to patch called error 36. It just wont patch, any idea what this is?

    Shameless bump, been going for three hours, tried turning on/off AV and firewall but no avail. Whats going on here? It wont patch, give an error message number 36 and it restarts in 10 seconds....

    If you are trying to patch via a desktop shortcut, try patching directly from the game client in the game folder.

    Tried this, i get to the connecting to account server and then just times out. Anyone else getting the patch error 36?

    Managed to fix it, had to manually set the desktop short cut to be run as administrator. Hope this helps someone else.
