Bag of Greater Holding

I couldn't find anything by searching and customer service hasn't answered my email so I'm posting here to see what's wrong.

I purchased a second bag of greater holding a few days ago and it's not letting me equip it. Nothing in the description says it's a unique item and I can't find anything documented anywhere that you can't equip more than one.

Is this a bug or did I just waste 1000 zen on an "undocumented feature"?

    I've not tried to equip a second bag of holding, but HOW are you trying to equip it? Did you try dragging it down to the very bottom of the inventory widow where the bags are? There is most likely an empty spot down there, but if you somehow filled them all --- like with the trash Bags With Holes bags --- then you may not have an available slot to place the new Greater bag of holding. If you DO, and cannot drag it into place then I would worry about whether it IS unique and improperly labelled. Worst case scenario, you could then transfer it to an alt or try to sell it on the AH.

    I have two of the big zen bags. They are not unique and they do not bind on equip. You need to empty one of your smaller bags, then click the little bag image at the very bottom of your inventory screen, and drag it to an empty space. You will then be able to equip a new bag.

    Empty current bag. drag (or double click) new Zen bag.

    hovering over the existing bag at the bottom tells you it needs to be empty to remove or to switch out.
    Open the Launcher. Click Options near the top. Check Disable on-demand patching. This will download another couple of gigs.

    Ability Scores || All Attribute Roll Combinations || My Cleric Stream \o/

    Thanks for the replies! That did it, I never noticed the tiny bag icons before...I had to remove a 12-slot bag to equip it.

    you can click the bags at the bottom to quick focus them as well, instead of scrolling.
