I posted in an old thread and making a new one.
I purchased the 60 dollar founders pack and received nothing in return. I opened up a ticket with PW, been waiting for 2 days and nothing has happened. Not even a reply.
I am going to contact Paypal and open a dispute with them over this poor customer service in exactly 1 day to try and get my money back, unless I get some sort reply from a PW representative over what the status is on this.
It's 60 dollars, not gonna just sit and wait for a company known for their TERRIBLE customer service to get on top of it.
I paid for a service and got nothing. That's just robbery.

Have you gone to the founders merchant across from Sgt. Knox? There you can "Purchase" your founder rewards (they actually don't cost anything).
I have gone to the Founder's Merchant, and even gone to the post, sadly nothing.
I hope this issue is resolved soon.
