Can not log into my Toons which are logged out in Protectors Enclave

  I can't even log in at all right now, none of my characters will load in. The game just stalls on the loading screen.

  You might try putting the game in safe mode. (Its an option on the launcher.) Then moving the characters out of PE when you get in. That's what players had to do the other day.
