Need help with Combat Powers.

Not sure if I have a glitch or what, but I'm level 39, with 22 points to spend in combat powers, level 2 in everything else, and it will not unlock the level 3 combat powers for me. Someone please help :(

    I have the same issue with my Orc. I am not sure that this is the best place to report this as players cannot help. I think that this should be reported to tech support.

    The third is unlocked by 1) being high enough level and 2) having spent enough points. You can't just BE level 30 (or whatever it is) and start clicking 1,2,3 upgrades in every skill you want, you have to SPEND some amount of points and THEN you can do the third rank of your favorites.

    noroblad don't get involved with things you know nothing about. The GUI for orcs combat powers is missing a power, which means we cannot spend enough points to get to 20. There is a blank space on the GUI for the missing power. I hope the tech support are reading these forum posts.

    Same issue here with Great Weapon Fighter. I am at level 24. I have 7 power points to spend, but I can not upgrade any available power to rank 3. Are there more people with the same issue ? Looks like a bug, or am I missing something ingame ? That we have to reach some kind of level?
