Just a friendly FYI to some of you out there. I've been in several groups now where one or sometimes two people have live mics and I can hear all their conversations. I've heard husbands arguing with wives wanting them to get off the game. I've heard what seemed like maybe skype conversations (of course I hear one side of it). I try to tell folks "Hey I can hear you.", but it's hard to get folks attention in group sometimes.
I gotta admit it's kind of funny to hear people complain about how the other classes perform in groups; like tanks complaining about squishies not letting them get aggro first; or how overpowered X class is in PvP.
Again, just an FYI to maybe check the live mic setting when in groups.
Or those random "buddies" you get that do quests with you, form a party and start talking to you in something other than English. That's pretty sad that there are people who argue with their loved ones to get off a video game.

I've never had that happen but I wish people utilized it more, I frequently will talk in the in-game VOIP to warn someone about something, and ... it's a ghost town in groups, like no one has it enabled. It's kind of sad really.
Whoa Voice is back? I knew they took it down didn't know it was back /happydance.
Yeah always wear my headphones because my kids are around but honestly some of the stuff I have heard...
The coolest thing was, TOMD good group we were moving right along when I hear a series of beeps and our TR say HAMSTER!
Then a few secs later...
MMMm "Hi I'm Jill....my husband just was paged he is a volunteer Firefighter, I don't know what to do I've never played the game or really any thing but bejeweled before..."
We explained how the controls worked, had her practice a bit, and she was fine....well okay she had problems with how the loot rolls worked and we had to teach here how to rez and she had to a few times in the boss fight, but we survived the Dungeon, she now plays with us regularly, and has started reading the Drittz novels.

If you mean people jumping 'uninvited' into your group, right click your Icon when you are group leader and set the options so that they can't just autojoin your party. I didn't know about this option until some random guy appeared in the group my friend and I were and started talking to us via ingame voip. He was kicked and we both changed the options so it wouldn't happen again.
