Details dissappear when in Sewer Room Small C 01 - FOUNDRY

I have a problem with the foundry where details and rooms dissappear when in the "Sewer Room Small C 01". The character dissappears, the placed items and furniture gets all black and then invisible.

    I'm having the same problem. This room appear to be severely glitched.
