Gateway not giving Rough AD

So i thought i was imagining things, and wanted to test it.

So i put crafting on, on the gateway that gave 800 AD each, i done 3 of them. I then waited for them to complete, completed them on the website and then logged into the game, and had 750 rough AD waiting for me.

I then tried something different, and started it on the gateway, and then logged onto my toon via the client to complete them, and it gave me the correct amount of rough AD.

Next, i thought that cause it was the gateway, it might be putting them directly into my refined AD, so i kept track of that, and it didnt change.

Im using Chrome to connect, and as far as i know, there are no restrictions on my PWE account in any way (might be something behind the scenes im unaware of)

Is this just a problem some people are having?? or is it a global problem?? if a dev needs to log my toon to fix the problem, or to verify and test, feel free.

It took me awhile to notice this, as usually i wasnt paying attention, and ive lost ALOT from it.

any chance it can be looked into?? or should i submit a ticket??

    +1 it's happening to other people too but it's inconsistent and confused by the game automatically converting some RADs. The game could really do with a confirmation when you next log in of what changes have occurred, either through using the gateway, or what has been autorefined.

    i lost some rough ad while ago, so i dont use gateway anymore. dont know was there any autorefining.

    glad to know its not just me having the problem.

    shame its still around.

    from what i can gather, there is a limit on the amount of rad you can get through the gateway before you relog. i hope im wrong though.

    personally, id like the ability to refine them on the gateway, that way its all tied in, instead of being half tied in, and having some of them going missing.

    I came on here to post about this as well. A couple weeks ago it seemed like it was working fine for me. Over the weekend I probably gathered 7-10k rough AD through various gateway crafting since I was out of town. Log in yesterday and had 0 to refine.

    Forgot to track what my AD was to see if any just automatically got converted from rough AD without me actually refining it.

    Edit: Not sure if it matters but I did everything via smartphone over this weekend where usually I am on the web.
