Ardent Coins not accumalating

So after putting way too many hours into this game, i realized i only had 14 ardent coins. these are supposed to stack forever until spent. so to confirm, i went and prayed at an alter, and did not gain any coins. anyone else having this?

    Ardent & Celestial Coins are only obtained after 24 hours from the previous Coin you've received.
    So, its only 1 Coin per day.
    This is what I have found.

    Try remembering when you've last received and Ardent/Celestial coin,
    then invoke at that same hour, the next day.

    Its one per day, not one per invocation.

    You CAN pick up both Ardent and Celestial coins from Quests (I am aware of at least 3 different in-game quests, not Foundry Quests) as well. But the others point out, only one per day each for Invocation(s).
