Mount Button says " Cannot use this power"

i have a mount on the slot but when i press 6 i get " you cannot use that power" and i cant use any mounts, anyone else had the same error before, its been liek that for days now, so this is not a relog issue and i tried taking mount off and on and still do it.

    humm more issue's with mounts not working. My Heavy Inferno Mount has never worked for me. Put in a ticket about a week ago and have not got response about it yet.

    anyone knows hwo to fix this its annoying not be able to pvp since i cant mount
