Guardian Fighter Blocking Glitch

As the Guardian Fighter, often when I use an ability then go to shield, it glitches out and starts having a spasm where the character is not blocking but keeps flickering out of the block, not block stance. Also sometimes when I block after not doing anything it also doesn't go into the stance it starts to then goes back into normal stance but the ablities act as if you were blocking but you're not and still get hit my enemies.

Press shift a few times in a row, then hold it. It looks like your character is blocking but you can move fast, meaning you aren't blocking. The odd thing is you can use the At Will powers that you're only supposed to be able to use while blocking.
