SUPER 24h CHAT BAN FOR SENDING 2 MESSAGES

I have just wrote 2 lines in like 2 minutes that I'm looking for a people to party for dungeon delves 2 MESSAGES in like 2 minutes and I'm banned from chat for 24 hours. Seriously what is wrong with this I'm not suppose to use chat at all ? 24 hour ban now it is impossible to make viable party can't talk can't send pm's can't dow anything for 2 hours because I've send 2 messages.

I understand there is problem with spam bots but current system harm players a lot this is ridicilous -.-

heaven forbid if we actually get a trade, LFG, guild recruitment channel..... sure would make this problem go away.

As long as everyone in the game has the admin power to mute people, the problem will remain. Having specific chat channels won't change much.
