Lost zen

Hi,on tha day AH was exploited, i bought 1100 ZEN, and i spent those on boxes,after servers were rolled back and online, i had no ZEN neither items i got from boxes.

I wrote a message to support team 1 weak ago or more,but still no answer.
WHEN WILL I GET A RESPOND ?

P.S im posting this here, so its gets more attention, since in this section Technical Support it didnt help me at all.:mad:

    Even though my purchase of Zen was after the AH catastrophe, I've been waiting for about a week or so for a response or anything, but I don't know anymore, I've put so much into this game I fel like I can't stop now.

    I Have spent more then 200$ + for this game, i understand u have lots of people with similar message, but come on,1-2 weeks waiting...i am realy dissapointed about Cryptic team
