Lost the ability to mount.

Since the 25th I have been unable to mount Ive checked to make sure the 6 key on my board is working which it is I have also checked the keybinds to make sure I didnt change it which I have not Ive tried re keybinding to another key but still not working, Has anyone else had a similar problem or know of a fix.

Ive tried to put in a ticket in game but keep getting "Could not connect to customer service try again later".

    As of the 26th I was unable to mount on either of my characters.

    Like wise, I was mounted on my founders mount, went to turn in "learn about mount quests" which dismounted me, after that I can't use my mount at all,

    I un equiped it, relogged, re equiped it, re did my keybindings, NOTHING works.

    I'm experiencing the same issue, but with a twist. It's only on 1 character (a Cleric) and if I have my Bastion of Health Encounter skill on my action bar, and I try to activate my mount, it will cast Bastion of Health self centered on me with no ability to designate where to target (ie: no ground target circle option).

    It does not matter where on the action bar BoH is placed, nor does it matter if it is bound to a key or not. Oddest thing. I've tried a forced recheck of the game files, logging out with my horse in my inv. changing key bindings all over the place in every combination.

    Nothing helps. Hopefully it will be addressed in the maintenance :)

    OK this is actually making the game unbearable for me. Anyone else having this problem or found a solution?

    Can we get an official acknowledgement of this at least?

    it is, i cant pvp since i cant use my mount, time to see if support would help, i don't really want to buy another mount to get same error

    I can share what worked for me, can't guarantee it will work for you though. I had a Nightmare Inferno that I couldn't mount and tried everything. Finally tried selling it from my bags to a vendor then equipped it again and it worked.

    This has just happened to me on my Control Wizard after I used a Purchased Respec Token.

    I always suspected there was something that could go horribly wrong using those tokens, given how many discussions about it on forums, but I prayed it was nothing important. Guess I was wrong...

    Tried rebinding, logging out and also vendor sale and buyback, and also attempted At-Will slot exchange but those do not fix it.

    The error is "Must have a target" whenever I press my mount button.

    EDIT: only way I was able to get a mount to work was buy buying a new one for 5g!

    My keymaps went all wonky and that broke some stuff... your issue may be related.

    A "Must have a Target" error means #6 is doing something else. That implies a keymapping issue.

    Check your keymaps, and post your ui_settings.txt here if you can't figure it out.
