  It's more likely one of the following, given it's only rank 4 runes:
  -resource node exploit
  -an army of bots farming
  -someone managed to convince their guild to put most of their rune drops in the gbank then stole everything

  it's duping; i called it out few days ago when i saw a streamer doing it along with the infinite stam.
  all i got was ppl calling bs and flaming.
  oh did i mention support via in game messaging is down too?
  let's see how long before this gets patched and whether there will be any rollback.

  LOL..why release a game like this? dont come with "open beta" story, cause they game is ruined, no wipe, so its a release

  Actually that sounds like the chest exploit that was fixed in one of the last 2 patches. Someone probably still had left over resources from it. So Cryptic has taken your advice and fixed the exploit.
